Msambweni House has 7 units and a capacity of 30 pax
4 rooms in the Main House: With a 24 meters swimming pool. With A/C, bath tab and shower in Master rooms I, II and III: Ocean Suite with shower only no bath tab
3rd Adult sharing in the Main House @ 50%, of normal adult rate.
Single occupancy only possible in Main House @ 75% of double room occupancy
Private Villa I: 1 A/C room and 1 Makuti room in the Private Villa I with a private 30 meters swimming pool
Private Villa II: 1 A/C room and 1 Makuti room in the Private Villa II with a private 9 meters swimming pool
Private Villa III: 2 A/C room in the Private Villa III with a Private 18 meters swimming pool
Adults Sharing in the Private Villas: 3rd person sharing 25% discount, and 4th person sharing @ 50% discount of adult rate.
Our Children Policy:
Main House: Children from 12-18 years old allowed at 50% discount adult rate
Private Villas: Children up to 6 years old free of charge, from 7 years to 12 years at 70% discount, from 12 years 50% discount on adult rate
Check-in time: 12pm, check-out time: 11 am. Day use till 6 pm at 50% of full rate. Extra lunch without room @ 30 USD / Person
The hotel will remain open throughout year 2019
